Long time coming
I never expected five months to pass between posts. But this moving stuff takes up a lot of time. I’m in Durham, NC now, and starting to find time to shoot again. I’ve picked up some new lighting gear, and last month spent an afternoon trying a few self-portraits.
These were taken in our garage – the brick wall is the back of our fireplace. Here are two favorites from the session. Next time, I find someone else to pose.
A day in Central Park
In April I was one of about 30 folks who joined renknowned photographer Moose Peterson for A Stroll Through Central Park presented by Adorama. We got some great shots, some good advice, and a beautiful day in an outstanding location to shoot. A few highlights appear below. More can be found in my galleries.
Jerry & Jean
My friends Jerry and Jean are getting married in just about two weeks. And I’m shooting the wedding. I couldn’t be more excited – they’re a great couple and they’ve been friends for a long time. I’m honored that they’d have me. A few weeks ago, we spent a morning at Jean’s family farm taking engagement photos. A few of my favorites are here for you to see:
